Bowen branch is situated where the bush meets the beach locals refer to it as the “Gem of the Coral Coast”. Servicing from Bowen north to Gumlu in an area that consists of a wide variety of small crops such as Tomatoes, Mangoes, Beans, Corn, Capsicums, Egg Plant, Rock Melon, Water Melon, Pumpkins and Sugar Cane to Collinsville where we look after our customers in the cattle industry.

The branch has been established for many years and was purchased by Centracks in 2003. We have 4 technicians operating both in field and in our workshop to ensure that we provide the best and most reliable backup possible.

The Ports Corporation is continuing to invest in the expansion to Abbot Point Bulk Coal Terminal making our job an even bigger one. Our progressive moves to expand into these markets will mean that we can continue to serve our local community well and provide the confidence needed to share in the responsibility of making these developments a sustainable success.

We take our task of looking after the needs of our local Industries such as the Coke Works, Salt Works, Abbot Point, Fishing Industry, Rail Service Terminal and Farming sectors very seriously.

We are also proud of our community involvement in the film “Australia” that was shot in Bowen. We take a lot of pride in our involvement and local hospitality where locals not only mixed with but assisted Baz Luhrmann and his cast & crew to create a the film that had the true essence of Australia. One that can always be found in “Bowenwood”.
